Asylum unveils its "Kickstarter of Horrors"!

Here’s the dedicated post to discuss the ongoing Asylum Kickstarter campaign! It’s already doing great and we can barely stand the excitement!

We’re preparing major updates, but to quickly answer the most important questions:

  • Asylum will be 100% DRM-free, even through Steam (yes, it’s possible).
  • The $15 pledge already comes with the Steam key.
  • All physical tiers include shipping costs anywhere in the world. Much easier that way.
  • Working on subtitles for the video.
  • Yes, we will support Paypal donations eventually!

Several reasons. Some potential publishing deals didn’t turn out the way we wanted, then we began to gain popularity on Steam and eventually decided to remain solo.

We’re on a shoestring budget now (and currently two of us actively working on the game!), so the Kickstarter is truly required.

Agustín, at last I saw you almost “personally”! Nice to meet you!! …and also have the pleasure of beeing at your “estudio en Buenos Aires”. Can’t wait for Asylum - passionately hope I could enjoy the game through our mother tongue: spanish.
Everything about Asylum, till now, is amazing.

As a matter of fact, yes, certainly could use some help. We have all the texts but I’m wondering if it’s possible to add them as subtitles to an already uploaded video. And which software would you use?
