I didn’t happen to see any footage of the Senscape booth at Gamescom this year. Did you go? I know you were saying this would be the first year with your own booth. I would love to see some footage of reactions or some interviews you did from this year if you have them.
hmm i meant the scene with the car, and also the one that had an outside view of a building at night. I could swear thats Asylum but maybe im just going…crazy? But yeah i saw them on facebook. Though the new llink you just sent me indicates they were from Asylum.
I think im behind the times here…what is Unspeakable?
Ah, that’s the introduction of the game. It’s a very moody sequence where the protagonist drives towards the asylum. We will release some parts of it soon
As for Unspeakable, it’s a third person adventure that will be produced in parallel while we finish programming Asylum. Yet more big news for fans of Scratches!

Holy cow…yet another game in the works? Awesome news. Dare I ask how long that one will take? Lol/
Well, it’s not quite “in the works” yet as it will depend on a Kickstarter campaign. And no, it won’t take another 5 years. It doesn’t have the same scope as Asylum and it’s third person, so it’s a less demanding development
Awesome…thanks for the replies everyone; been a while since I’ve been able to check back on my own thread. Glad to see things are looking good for Senscape.
uhm, hi new here…i couldn’t wait anymore so i decided to register to watch the latest news about asylum and if it is ever be possible the…RELEASE DATEEE…xD
so…what’s the progress in asylum ? May i guess that asylum will be ready for purchase on halloween …?
We would love to have the game ready by Halloween, believe me, but that won’t be the case
Progress is really good, though. The game is already in a playable state and nearly graphically complete, which means that the work remaining is mostly programming and testing.
Trust me, as soon as we’re comfortable with a release date, we’ll announce it right away. Just a little more patience
A Halloween release would have been fantastic, but there is a lot of competition in October and I would hate to see a game of this magnitude fall to the wayside of other large releases.
I’m certainly pleased to wait until the game is fully ready for consumption and my own dissection of those wonderful Lovecraft references!
